Through great fortune and good will, Philip Falco is the primary occupant of the Equitable Building (EQB) Penthouse (EQBP). He has been in the EQB since 2002.
Colorado Governor Waite lived in the EQBP from approximately 1894-1898.
The EQBP has an incredible balcony, approximately 1200 square feet. It faces West; it has unobstructed views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and of Downtown Denver.
“There are but a few buildings in the United States that will equal in grace and beauty of its architecture, and attractive loveliness of its composition as the Equitable Building when finished” Rocky Mountain News, 1890.
